Digital Products & Access Policy
Traveler Swapnamay offers digital products and services, including but not limited to:

- Guides and route information
- Community or membership-based digital access
Since these products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased digital content
- If duplicate payment has been made due to a system error
In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with valid transaction details.
Refund requests made after access has been successfully granted or after the 24-hour window will not be eligible.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or personal preference
- Incompatibility due to user device or internet issues
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
Subscription Cancellation
If you are subscribed to a recurring membership or service:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
- Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Approved refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method as per Razorpay’s processing timelines.
